What we collect and why

We collect the answers you choose to provide, including property and mortgage figures, income, employment and your broad self-reported credit history, together with your name, postcode, phone number and email. We save the submission time, source/campaign labels from the link you used and the wording and version of your request to be contacted.

These details let an adviser respond to your request and prepare for a conversation about your mortgage circumstances. We use your affirmative request for contact to respond to this enquiry. You can withdraw that permission at any time; withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out. If you proceed with advice, the firm will explain its further data requirements and applicable lawful bases.

Storage and access

Your submitted enquiry is stored in this site's database, hosted through OpenAI Sites using Cloudflare infrastructure. The site's enquiry dashboard and exports require the owner's authenticated account. This questionnaire does not carry out credit checks, match live mortgage products or make automated lending decisions.

We keep enquiries while they are needed to respond and handle the resulting business, subject to the firm's legal, regulatory and record-keeping requirements. Contact the firm to ask about retention of your specific enquiry. The firm's full notice explains its wider data-handling arrangements.

Contact preferences and marketing

The unticked checkbox asks for permission to respond by phone, email or text about this enquiry. Submitting does not subscribe you to unrelated future marketing, and this website does not sell your details through a lead marketplace.

Cookies and advertising

This questionnaire does not install advertising pixels or analytics scripts. Campaign labels in the link help identify the source of an enquiry. Hosting security systems may process technical request information to provide and protect the service. Owner sign-in uses the hosting platform's authentication system.

Your rights

You can ask the firm about access to your data, correction, erasure, restriction, portability or objection where applicable. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
